  • Review Who are the reviewers?

    Reviewers are consisted of renowned domestic scholars in related fields.

  • Review What is the difference between the first review and second review?

    The first review examines the submitted documents and evaluates the contents and ideas at the Selection Committee.
    In the second review, the principal researcher will present the research project directly at the Prize Committee and comprehensively evaluate the contents of the project through question-and-answer.

  • Review Are the review results and rankings disclosed?

    No, they are not disclosed.

  • Review Are finally selected projects announced?

    Yes, they will be announced on the website.

  • Review Can I object to review results?

    We do not accept objections to review results.

  • Obligations Are the results of supported research projects owned by the Foundation?

    The researcher owns the final research results; the Foundation seeks to support the successful outcome of research projects.

    However, in the research results supported by the foundation, the supported researcher must be listed as the first author or corresponding author, and it must be written as "Support for the Korea Toray Science Foundation" (Korean and English).

    In addition, when presenting or promoting research results to the media, etc., the foundation must be notified in advance.
